| If you share the Association of Black Cardiologists' commitment to reduce and prevent cardiovascular disease in minority populations, consider becoming an ABC professional or lay member! In 1986, the ABC had 40 members; today there are over 600 health care professionals, individuals and community organizations who are ABC members.
The largest health discipline or specialty categories represented by ABC members are cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, internists, nephrologists, endocrinologists and nurses. The diversity of the ABC membership continues to expand and more disciplines and specialities are being tracked. |
