The Association of Black Cardiologists, Inc. offers several membership options. Please review the catagories below for the one that best meets your needs:
- >Full Membership: Physicians and scientists who have earned an advance degree (MD, DO, PhD, PharmD or equivalent) ($350).
- >Associate Membership: Persons who have an interest in the goals of the ABC such as: non-physicians, pharmacists, pharma/device industry representatives and other healthcare professionals ($175).
- >Clinical Care Associates: Persons who have a general interest in the goals of the ABC such as registered nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nutritionists, exercise scientists, technologists, technicians, and research coordinators ($125).
- >Cardiology Fellows: Physicians in post-graduate training in a vascular specialty ($88).
- >Emeritus Member (Retired): Emeritus status is available to retired persons or active members who have reached seventy years of age ($50).
- >Medical Students Membership: Includes non-degreed medical students interested in pursuing advanced studies in cardiology ($50).
- >Institutional Membership: Education, social religious, civic, fraternal and other organizations interested in the goals of the ABC. ($1,000).
- Life Membership: Members who pay fifteen (15) times the current annual dues. The Life member pledge is payable in three years. ($5,250 payable over a three-year period).
- >Industry Partners Membership: Includes companies, institutions or forprofit organizations that have an interest in cardiovascular medicine.
- >Community Health Advocates: Includes nonmedical and community health related individuals or organizations that share an interest in promoting and participating community programs offered through the ABC (no fee).
